Practice Management for Pakistani Doctors
Version 1.0 · Effective 27 July 2026
This is the agreement between HoorNexa AI Tech and the doctor who registers an OPDPRO account. We have kept it short and in plain English on purpose — you should be able to read it in a few minutes and know exactly what you are agreeing to.
OPDPRO is practice-management software provided by HoorNexa AI Tech ("we", "us"). These terms are the agreement between us and the doctor who registers an account ("you").
By creating an account you confirm that you are a medical practitioner registered with the PMDC, that the information you provide is accurate, and that you accept these terms.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use OPDPRO for running your own medical practice. You are licensed to USE the software — you are not buying it, and no ownership of it passes to you.
This licence lasts as long as your account is active and your subscription is paid.
Your login is personal to you. Do not share your password with anyone — including family members, colleagues, or technical helpers.
Your staff must have their own accounts, created from the Team section of your settings. This is not bureaucracy: it is the only way your records can show who did what, which protects you as much as it protects us.
You are responsible for everything done under your account and under the accounts of staff you create.
The patient records you enter are yours. You may export them at any time, and we will not sell them, share them, or use them to contact your patients on our own behalf.
We process that data only to provide OPDPRO to you, and we protect it as described in our security practices.
If you close your account, you can take your data with you.
OPDPRO itself — the software, its design, its screens, its workflows, its database structure, and its documentation — remains the property of HoorNexa AI Tech.
You agree not to copy, decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to derive the source code of OPDPRO.
You agree not to use your access to OPDPRO to build, or to help anyone else build, a competing product.
Screens, workflows, pricing, and features you have not seen announced publicly are confidential. Please do not share them outside your practice.
Use OPDPRO for your ordinary clinical work. Automated scraping, bulk extraction beyond your own normal use, and attempts to access other practices' data are not permitted.
We monitor and rate-limit activity to protect every practice on the platform, including yours. Sustained activity far beyond normal clinical use may be paused, and we will contact you if that happens.
New accounts begin with a free trial. After it ends, continued access requires an active subscription.
If payment becomes overdue we may restrict or suspend access. Your data is not deleted when this happens — it is retained so you can restore access by settling the account.
You may stop using OPDPRO and close your account at any time.
We may suspend or end access immediately if these terms are breached — in particular sections 3, 5, and 6. Where the situation allows, we will tell you why and give you a chance to put it right.
OPDPRO is a record-keeping and practice-management tool. It does not give medical advice and does not make clinical decisions.
Every clinical decision, prescription, and diagnosis remains entirely your professional responsibility.
We work hard to keep OPDPRO available and your data safe, and we keep backups. We cannot promise the service will never be interrupted.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
If we change these terms materially, we will publish the new version with a new version number and let you know.
The version you accepted at registration is recorded against your account, along with the date.
This agreement is governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts at Lahore have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from it.
